🎉 Celebrating a Lifetime of Leadership in Healthcare! 🎉

We’re proud to share that our CEO, Terry L. Amstutz, FACHE, was honored with the Healthcare Leadership Lifetime Achievement Award by the Arkansas Medical Society at their Gala Awards Banquet on Saturday, May 31, 2025.

Mr. Amstutz has served as CEO at 5 Arkansas Hospitals, all requiring financial turnarounds as well as changes in quality of service, patient satisfaction and employee engagement. All five of these small rural hospitals continue to survive in a challenging healthcare landscape.

Mr. Amstutz received his Bachelor’s degree at Illinois Wesleyan University and a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Central Michigan University, as states, “I was advised early in my career journey to value the input of physician leadership. Following that advice has led to successful hospitals.”

📸 Larry Shackelford, CEO of Washington Regional in Fayetteville, AR, presented the award to Mr. Amstutz on behalf of the Arkansas Medical Society.

👏 Congratulations, Mr. Amstutz, on this well-deserved recognition!
